All puppies are AKC or ACA registered. Puppies can leave at 8-12 weeks of age and will have a current vet health certificate for shipping purposes. They will have age appropriate shots and wormings and will come with their shot record.Please understand that we want only the best for our pups and prefer to sell pups on a spay/neuter contract so pups will be priced accordingly.These contracts work as such....once I receive a vets statement of the spay or neuter I will promptly send out your registration papers.I will hold these papers as insurance that you hold up your end of the deal.Please do not assume that because you have the money to purchase one our pups that we are willing to sell it to you,we ask questions about you,your family,your dog experience,and other things.If you will be offended by our inquiries let me apologize ahead of time,that's just the way we do business.
We can make shipping arrangements for you for around $300 in most cases,however we would prefer if you would fly in and get your pup so that they can ride passanger on the plane with you instead of in the belly of the plane cargo style.We would be happy to meet you at the airport so that you can get your pup and then get promptly on your return flight. If other shipping is needed because of heat we may be able to arrange ground shipping. We encourage you to visit our home and see how your pup is being raised.Of course puppies can be picked up from our home,and we do prefer this over shipping .
WE CAN TAKE A $500 DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR PUPPY FOR YOU.The remainder of the cost is due before pup is given to you,no exceptions.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE-THIS IS BECAUSE WE MAY LOSE SALES WHILE HOLDING YOUR PUP AND IF YOU DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WANT IT THEN WE WOULD BE OUT MONEY ON ANOTHER DEAL.IF ANYTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO THE PUPPY THAT YOU HAVE A DEPOSIT ON WHILE STILL IN OUR CARE WE WILL REPLACE SAID PUPPY WITH ANOTHER AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE.IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PUP ONCE IT HAS LEFT HERE YOU MUST PROVE THAT IS WAS DUE TO OUR NEGLIGENCE.IF YOUR PUP DEVELOPES ANY SICKNESS ONCE IN YOUR CARE THE COST OF YOUR VET BILLS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF IT IS PROVEN IN WRITING BY A DVM THAT SAID PUP BECAME ILL OR DIED DUE TO OUR NEGLIGENCE THEN WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PUP AS SOON AS ONE IS AVAILABLE.
Deposits can be made in the form of cash,cashier's check from your bank,or paypal(paypal charges a small percentage fee).The remainder of the cost of pup must be paid in CASH if picked up in person,cashier's check or paypal if to be shipped and must be done and have cleared before pup will be shipped.In some cases we may be willing to work out a payment plan but please understand you will not take possesion of the pup until it is paid in full,no exceptions.
If you purchase a puppy from us and can no longer care for it,please let us
know,we would love to have the chance to have the pup back or place in
another loving home.WE DO NOT WANT OUR PUPS IN A SHELTER OR
DOG POUND!!!!!!! IF WE FIND ONE OF OUR DOGS IN A PET STORE
WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.WE DO NOT USE OR SELL TO
PUPPY BROKERS!
